Return policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping/handling) or request a replacement.

Damaged items:
We offer a 30 day warranty on all our gifts. (This does NOT include Antique & Elderly items as well as Vintage Postcards & paper). If your purchase is damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged product. We'll be glad to send you a replacement item at no extra cost.

How long before you receive your order ?
We process and ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders that are shipped via UPS ground will only be shipped to verifiable addresses. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping time is approximately 10 business days. We use the least expensive methods for our shipping so some items may be shipped USPS instead.

Fine Jewelry is handled differently.
Fine jewelry orders (14K gold) can take 3 - 4 weeks. Please check with us when ordering for a delivery date.

Shipping for custom orders of Vermont handcrafted items can vary.
Please check with us when ordering any custom made products.
